These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by UK Above, including services offered under the NorthEast Above and Yorkshire Above names.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, please do not use our services.

UK Above provides services including roof surveys, aerial filming, drone photography, commercial footage, and real estate imagery.

We use advanced equipment and certified, experienced drone pilots to capture high-quality aerial footage and images.

Our services are delivered by licensed UAV operators with the permissions required by the Civil Aviation Authority.

We carry commercial insurance with cover of up to £2 million.

You must be legally able to use our services and authorised to enter into this Agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, complete information when registering or using our services.

You are responsible for complying with any local legal or regulatory requirements that apply to the services you request.

You acknowledge that drone operations depend on weather, site conditions, and airspace restrictions, and we may reschedule or cancel services where necessary for safety, legal, or regulatory reasons.

You are responsible for obtaining any property access, site permissions, occupier consents, and third-party approvals needed for the services you request, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment, booking, cancellation, and refund terms will be confirmed in the quotation, booking confirmation, invoice, or other written agreement provided for the relevant service.

All intellectual property rights in our services, branding, materials, and proprietary information, including trademarks and copyrights, belong to UK Above or its licensors.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, UK Above retains ownership of aerial footage and images produced while providing the services.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered footage and images for the personal or commercial purposes connected with the services supplied by UK Above.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, service errors or interruptions, or use of delivered footage and images.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.

Where filming or photography may capture people, private property, vehicle registration numbers, or other identifiable information, you must tell us in advance about any privacy, access, or confidentiality restrictions that may affect the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, including if you breach this Agreement.

On termination, any licences or permissions granted to you under this Agreement will end, except for rights that expressly survive termination or have already accrued.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute relating to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, airspace restrictions, equipment failure, emergency services activity, site access restrictions, or changes in law or regulation.

We may modify or update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when the revised terms are posted on our website, but they will not affect services already booked unless the change is required by law or agreed with you.

You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to stay informed of updates.

This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and UK Above regarding your use of our services and replaces any earlier agreements or understandings, except for any written terms we expressly agree will continue to apply.

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
